Refund policy

Used items

We accept returns of used items only if the item is defective or not as described. You must contact us within 7 days after delivery to report the problem. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

New items

We do not accept store returns on new items. For defects covered by a manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer directly. Warranty coverage and claim requirements are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
